During my 8 years in the functional fitness world these have been some of my emotions during that period. I have tried most programmings out there and it have usually led to me getting injured. This can partially be put on myself since i did not estimate my own ability properly at the time. But it also made me realise one thing. Why are there no options for us fairly good athletes that also have other things in life we prioritise? Casual Programming was born.

What began as just an idea have now developed into a widespread and popular online programming with the goal of becoming the leading online programming in the world.
